Inspired in the same way as the previous scene and a variant of it, this shows Senmet and her son Hapi. They are poor and live with Hebrew neighbours. Their house is silent. Senmet feels an awful emptiness and a resolve is forming in her - to follow the neighbours as they march out of Egypt, in case some day her son will be given back to her ....
Senmet is Posette, wearing PW's Nefetiti dress and hair. The poses have been adopted to the laxness of poor Hapi's body, and the weight of his mother's grief. Neither in this nor in the first picture did I use any facial expression, worry and grief leave the features blank.
