Pic Description:	Apkonds.. the main bad guy in Nascent Nadir. Very calm and calculating, he's the kind of guy who could rip out your larynx and not even blink while doing so. But he can also explode into a rage and unleash devastating powers. His powers are tremendous, and one can't really phatom the extent of them.
