I like this one better, the position of the lying body brings more distance between fore and background. Makes it look even more dynamic

I agree, that the placement of the body on the ground adds depth to the scene; but I think that the body's pose in this one isn't as much a part of the action, as in the previous version. (where is his weapon...?)
