I think I like this even more. Rei hair goes well with this char.
As for the nose, I didn't actually plan to upload this one cos I made a "pig" nose for Posette five years ago, already. http://www.posetteforever.com/dload.php?action=file&file_id=274 If this don't work for what you have in mind, PM me, and I'll try an original Tellarite morph, maybe.. http://www.startrek.com/database_article/tellarites .
