 I can only second Ditra. When I was Regan's age I've been thinking of a (cool) Harley Davidson badge on my arm. I didn't do it, and I'm glad I didn't.
I'd have been running around as a motorcycle ad all my life without even getting paid for it  
Besides, most tattoos are getting really ugly after some years  Then she'D be a beatiful woman with ugly tattoos....
