Pic Description:	This is Shahra, ''Secret Rings'' Genie, ported to FBX by ''thekingdog''. https://www.deviantart.com/thekingdog/art/Shahra-DOWNLOAD-FBX-912305292 As usual, importing an FBX to Poser was interesting... After several attempts, I found she needed import scaling of 1~~1.5 %, auto-loading the nice textures supplied. Poser promptly swamped the maps with a wash of red. Took me a while to notice, because I was looking for her half-skirt. And, no, I cannot find it. FBX Review, Paint_3D and Open3Dmodviewer all show the skirt, but Poser lost it. Setting the materials'' diffuse base to white brought out the lovely hues of those ported ''mapped'' textures. Upside, if you ignored the invisible ''skirt'' rig, the ''body'' rig was easily posable within usable limits. Rendered in Superfly, 32 pixel-samples, progressive, twin GPUs, 1024 vol-samples + buckets.

How can Poser 'not see' or 'lose' a mesh? I wonder what would happen with collision detection, with 'invisible' meshes. _______________

Nik Power User Offline Private Message Joined: December 2003 Posts: 728	10 Apr 2022 18:30 Yes, the hands *are* disproportionately large. For a different scene, I wanted the wristlets to glow. Tried UV mapping, but could not match the 'algorithm' used. Took several tries before daubing at CLOTH texture map narrowed my hunt. Used in this scene, cropped from much larger render... Also lit hair-bauble but, hey... SHAZAM !! _______________
