Yes Pitklad it has been rendered with smooth on.
Thank you both for the compliment about the morph, the true is it's the result of the tutorial I Posted at the Little sculptor about Morphs for Poser in Blender 3D using the new sculpt tool, this morph was done in seconds, not even in minutes, just did it to show the use of the tool  but the true is I myself got surprised by the result.
