Coming back to the topic, The author of the rtencoder said that one can even continue to use the 1.0 version for their needs... But... Guess what ? It is no more available for downloading ... So, if the final user doesn't have it already installed there is not a legal way to have it   ... I'll probably donate something to that guy for Christmas...

I opened it Davide. But when you get out on the freestuff of the site then it has all of these models . Theeeeeen I look in the read me file and there it is. The way to download it.    

Now where is that rock I'm use to crawling under at.
