I have been using morphmanager too; however, when I discover that I am missing a needed morph for one of the characters: Saving the current scene, doing the work in MM returnin to Poser, reloading the data takes enough time on my computer for me to be thinking about using an injection solution instead.

Anothr solution is to load the character with that morph, turn to 1 the morph and to 0 all other morphs, then export the part (for example the head) as an obj file (morph target). Delete the character and load the obj as a morph target on the other character  .
