The before pic is the bottom one.  I should have posted that one first, but how is a goofy guy like me supposed to know anything anyway ?

Well I think they both are nice, but the after one is more like I pictued you actually...except I pictured the ears bigger, the nose much longer, your skin a bit greener, and horns..but hey, I was close

funny I didn't see it at all... franky I would have stay away from the plastic surgery and spent your money on beer and pizza, but that's just my humble oppinion
