Post Hexagon 2

Hi, any experience of Hexagon 2 ??

Now Hexagon has migrated to v2.5, the v2.0 has appeared on a 3D mag cover disk...

I've had a quick look at Hexagon pages on eg D*Z site, noted the program seems able to I/O both 3DS and OBJ, do un-wrap, booleans etc etc etc.

I've not tried it, but the layout and tools seem more 'Trad CAD' than 'Organic modeller', which suggests I may, possibly, be able to operate it...

Thoughts ??

I have had Hexagon 2.2 and you will want the update from 2.0 because it is unstable in some areas. It is a
pretty good modeler even though I have not used it in boolean mode. If it is free then you have nothing to loose and hours of fun figuring it out. Very good software.

Post Sleep Deprived: Regret 'free' Hexagon Is 1.2 NOT 2.1...

D'uh, I really, really need more sleep...

The cover-disk program is v1.2, NOT v2.1.

Still got a nice set of tools, still going to give it a try...
