I used to go to an Italian place in Sacramento and order something called Tortaline Ala Panna <spelling??> that I loved and could haven eaten it 5 days a week. I also love Pesto and Alfredo Sause. I guess I pretty much love Pasta in lots of ways with lot's of differnt sauses. My bf's half Italian and he hasn't even heard of much of any pasta dinners lol
Of course I need to split my week in half and eat mexican food the other half of the time because that's my other favorite food
I'm pretty much will to try all kinds of dishes, as long as they don't have any body parts in them that gross me out...like kidney, liver, stomach, brains, and no lamb I hate lamb. Okay, well I'm picky and strange..heck I can't even handle it if someone's gone hunting and shot a deer and cooked it up, to me meat comes from the grocery store wrapped on a styrafome container in seran wrap lol

I'm not sharing mine, they are too hard to come by, but I"ll tell you how to get them. First you will need a large paper sack and a wooden spoon, wait till it's dark and it's a full moon. Go out in a wooded area and find a big oak tree (and it must be oak) hunker down behind it on your knees with the open end of the bag facing east. Wait about 10 min for the air to clear of all the bad mojo and then you must do 3 things at the same time.
1. make a low gutteral thoaty sound <like a frog with a bee stuck in it's thoat>
2. shake the bag just a little to give it a russling sound
3. use your free hand to smack the tree trunk with the wooden spoon
If you have done this right, a male snipe should come out of the woods at full speed and head straight into the bag. You must be fast cause once it's in the bag you will need to smack the end of the bag hard with the spoon knocking the snipe out before he busts out the other side of the bag. Now it's just a matter of removing his balls which are known to act as a wonderful woman's version of viagra.
Oh and the snipe makes a good soup once you have gotten home

"Tortaline Ala Panna" should be "Tortellini alla panna" SLURP! SLURP! YUMMY!!!
"Pesto and Alfredo Sause"
Pesto is a sauce tipical of Genova, an italian city, I like it very much and it is used only on pastasciutta, I make "pastasciutta al pesto" about 1 time in a week (        )
"Alfredo"        I think it's a special sauce made by Alfredo
Here thare aren't a lot of mexican places, only bars where you can eat saucy dishes with tequila, but I don't believe they are the real mexican dishes... However we have a lot of Mc Donalds so If I want to taste what you eat every day, I can
