Post Time for some new tutorials and other stuff

We are bound to get more repeat visitors that are curious with the addition of VK's cobra car.  Many will look around and move on, some may stay and become regular users.

This along with the introduction of a new users forum and gallery has prompted me to move forward with an idea I had some time ago, and that is to write a series of very basic tutorials for new users.  (How well I remember my first steps) These would be building block tutorials.

Some recent questions by FostersCreations reminded me that much of this real basic stuff, though not hard to learn, is scattered all over the web, and there is much in our own forums.  Many have attempted and been frustrated, only to try to start up again. Our friendly atmosphere should, hopefully, get them looking here first.

So now, the real purpose of the post:

What is the procedure for submiting new tutorials?

I'm assuming just email to Tormie or Pangor for review and posting, as I did not see a way to add them myself.

I went back and looked at the tutorial section of the board, and notice that posting and etc is allowed, but where are the post buttons?  Am I missing something?

Thank you.

In the knowledgebase articles all the regular bbCodes work and there are some more available for organizing items such as a table of contents for the article.
