I setup a new forum in the project forums.  This one is called "Other Projects"  It is for holding discussions of smaller projects that don't need a whole forum to support them.

The reason was that we have the existing topic about creating banners for the fourms, but it seems that people have been forgetting where to find it, that includes me.  So that topic is the first one added to this new forum.
