I turned on the validation for the upload, more work to do but it would have happened sooner or later

Thank you for the help John . Actually I turned on the validation of new uploads, it has to be tested. I should receive an email when an user uploads somthing. It will make things a little slower but it's necessary to stop this behaviours at birth. That guy used an hotmail account, so I wrote to the abuse there and asked to take action because I don't want to ban new registrations with hotmail. he used an IP from egypt so I banned it too, but however, becasue the site is "secured" (no new users can post anything visible before the approval and they can't upload without approval) the last thing that remain unsecured is the upload of pictures. since nothing will happen there I will keep approval disabled there, but it can happen that sooner or later I'll have to turn it on. meanwhile I'll search for the software we use for the free stuff page in oredr to look if there is any upgrade qith new features to have controls of these episodes.

I've also put gray's robot directly on posetteforever

I found a better solution   :

Only users with at least 5 posts in the forum (Cellies group) can upload files in the free stuff page and pictures in the album. However, if an users want to upload without having 5 posts he or she can contact me and I'll put him/her in the cellies group manually. I've already put scrolling messages in the fee stuff page and in the album. I think this is the right solution, it won't affect anyone, the new users can be checked nad if they want to upload bad things they simply can't

I also post his IP adress in the Brazilian Federal List of Known Hackers as his IP is from Middle East it will be send to American authorities in the end of the month. Probably nothing will happen with our hacker/spammer but maybe he will have to some troubles!

I pick the IP in http://whois.domaintools.com/ and send it by e-mail to the list but I emptied my out box for space   but I sure that the IP was from Egypt!
