Endosphere PMed me saying that he took morphs here and there for including in the character... I already told him to be very sure that the morphs were sharable and usable on other freebies, but I don't know if that file is "legal" or not. I need your opinion please

If it is a morph from someone else then it is already a copy right. Unless the morph was taken and then expanded into another morph to be renamed then it is his. But if the dials are still showing the other makers
name in with the model then I would say it needs to be removed. But I don't think he means to steal other than being kind and giving to the PF site. We had posted about how to make a morph in the forum and I helped him on how to make morphs with dials.  

My Poser is tied up in testing at the moment; but I'll try to remember to take a look at this later.
