Yes. I remember having downloaded some of the stuff you mentioned, too. I should have the original zips of them, but I didn't find them, yet.
Abot the V/M files, they are addons for commercial products after all. On one hand I am thinking this stuff is worth saving, too. On the other hand I think this should be DAZ's job...

Well, some of it is Gerry and Hasdrubal stuff for Vicky and Mike, and for most of the others I have the e-mail of the creators, and an account in ShareCG, so it's no real problem.

I found the original Package of Swofford's Scarlet Wich, Hasdrubal's Cap America texture and prop set for M1/2,
and a texture set for Posette, a "Velocity" Character, by MapleLeafSailor... but I know there was more...

Good. I think that I have Nim's Catwoman somewhere, but I haven't foundnd it yet. I found Roguewing site, it doesn't have all his stuff, some props and textures and his SpiderGirl for Posette and Superman Blue/SuperĀ”Girl Red for Mike/Stephanie:

Roguewing site

And I found a big number of zipped files in a backup drive.

- Webspinner Dr. Spectrum, Hyperion, Dr. Strange

- Antman's props (helmet and gloves, I think that are for Mike) by author unknown

- REMC Blizzard

- the Immortal Jayna and Zan(the Wonder Twins from the Superfriends cartoon), AoD boots (???),

- Chemical Brother Rogue Trooper (a british comic character which was published in the same magazine than Judge Dredd),

- Gerry Male Toe switch (to replace the toe with a "sock" to create the illusion of tights)

- Maple Leaf Sailor Velocity (this is a really weird coincidence),

- quagnon Reflection Maps, Darkseid and a Warhammer

- A set of Spiderman Poses by AoD, SturkWurk and gerry (I suppose that are for Sturk's spiderman, but work as well for Marv's)

- C Stacy supercape and Superhero base, Amazing Man, Dr. Fate, Dr. Midnite,

- Drei P3 Golden Age Green Lantern,  and P3 Golden Age Flash

I'm just now upping what I got and is free for redistribution I think.
REMC's stuff unfortunally not (I found the Blizzard, too... )

Gerry and Drei stuff are redisitributable (I think) as well as the Spiderman Poses. Charles Stacy stuff isn't, though, neither the Immortal things.

I'm done for today, now it's your turn (I'm interested in the multigrouped Hero base, I missed it way back )

Post Re: Old Animotions Content

I just added some of my figures:

Aquaman
New Classic Cyclops for P3 male
Dagger
Dazzler
and an original character of mine "FlagGirl"

I used the readme files as a description and didn't catch my mistake until after the fact about the references to files at Animotions. Is there a way for me to edit out the Animotion file references in the description? Also I have a few comic related props. Should they go in the "Hall of Heroes" section with the figures or just place them in the established prop section?

Anyways, got some things to take care of today. I will try to get some more files up later tonight.
This is fun!

*Quick note* I was a member at the long gone 3D-CC which became Animotions. I have a very sizable collection of the old hero figures. Perhaps after all the smoke clears with the uploading I may be able to fill in the blanks for heroes, accessories, props and such. After everyone has added their contributions let me know of any requests and I'll see if I have your requests in my database of figures.

Hi Marv
You should be able to edit the text of your uploads. if you open the description page (the one with the download link) there should be an "edit" button on the lower right

Maybe you want to wait with uploading the prop until Davide created a sub-section inside the "Hall of Heroes" for the related props, so we can keep the stuff together. All the boots A_C_C already uploaded should go into a separate cloth section, too. But Davide has to do it, you need admin powers for this Yeah, you're right, this is fun

Here is the problem I'm running into. Your screen shows an edit button, my screen doesn't show an edit button. Thought it might be something with the Opera browser I use so I tried Firefox and IE8. Same old story.

I see, you will need moderator rights for this. I already PMed Davide to make you and A_C_C mods in the free stuff. Tomorrow this time you should have the button

Andreas wrote me. Marv and A_C_C should have moderator rights in the free stuff area. Just check if the edit button appeared I'll see what subcategories are needed, anyway just ask for them and specify them

for ex. : "clothes" under "Hall Of The Heroes"

I'm going to check it...
