It's not just a game. It's never just a game!
I can remember crying when I played a Grand Prix simulator on full realism mode at Expert level, fough out a whole season over about six weeks (it's hard to find the time for 2 x one hour quallifying sessions, two x one hour practice sessions, half hour warm up, two hour race... sixteen times for the full season, plus testing in between to get the car setup just right. Yeah I know, I'm nuts), when in the last race of the season I'm running third, with just enough points to take the championship by a couple of points and I missjudged a chicane and spun into retirement.
I actually sat there and cried. Sheesh!
Still I got my revenge the next season and won and went to a bar to celebrate!
Hmmmm
