Hi, I just deleted this picture fron Gavangar and gave him an official warning. Well, this girl is more a child than a woman...

Some background for this picture.

I am a little familiar with the creation of this character, although not of this exact picture. Seen without knowing the background of the character, I agree she appears to be underage. She is based on a real lady who Gav's knows. From what I have been told at that time she is 22 years old and with a very petite body. He was not able to get her actual appearance working with one of the other more developed lady models. It does appear that he did not extend his morphing work to her body after getting her face looking has he could to represent his friend. Not having seen the actual lady, I don't know but can assume this is close to her actual appearance.

I don't have a problem with this picture. :)
There is nothing sexual in this pic, not even erotic, just natural. An uncovered breast is not, what I'd call nudity, no matter the age. :mmmh:
I'd have more proplems with duttond's pics in the other thread.
There is no nudity at all (well, the dog is nude :grin: ), but they're "dirty"

I agree with you Andrea, the duttond's pics are really near to the limit, I would prefer funny pics than those ambiguous one. About the gavangar one, child's nudity (or what could appear a child) can put us (ehm... "me") in very big troubles.

I agree. As I tolf Tormie, I may hve to use the teen or preteen model for a base soon. If I do, there will be nothing ambiguios about that lady when I create her. ;-)

I also agree with Andreas about the duttond's dog/girl pic! The problem with the gavangar is his girl looks like to be a child and it can put us (mainly Davide) in trouble. Here in Brazil my state attorney made charges against a magazine publisher what was using girls who looks likes younger for make nude photos! And we can not ask gavangar character for her ID!
