There is a artist who work with pencil and paper sketches who has a great natural talent for the art.  She is a relative beginner, but still her talent and spirit shines though her art.  The URL for her gallery at Renderosity is:

Anyone seeing his work can feel very intimidated.  His skills for painting digital images with a 2D program are fantastic.  Now he also starting to work with Poser, and his Poser works are just as good as his prior works.
